Through this website, Anticipa does not directly request personal data from the user. This is an informational website, and it provides a phone number and email address in case the user voluntarily decides to contact Anticipa.

(hereinafter "ANTICIPA") informs users of its website: www.anticipa.com (hereinafter, the "Website"), as well as users of its customer service phone lines, about its personal data protection policy.

Anticipa occasionally acts as the data controller and in other cases as the data processor on behalf of other responsible entities.

In each document where we collect personal data, as data processors, the identity of the responsible party is duly informed.

What are the main purposes of processing your data?

Through this Website, ANTICIPA does not collect personal data, except for the use of cookies mentioned above. However, if you use the phone and/or email provided on this website and through these provide personal data, we inform you below about the purposes to which your data will be allocated:

1. If you provide your personal data to request information. When you request information from us via email at reclamaciones@anticipa.com or by phone, we need your contact details to respond to your request, and this is the sole purpose for which your data is used.

2. If you provide your personal data to make suggestions and want us to reply, we will need your personal data for this purpose. You can also send your suggestion anonymously, and we will still take it into account.

3. When you file a complaint or claim, processing the complaint and responding to it requires identifying the complainant, and for this purpose, we will need your personal data. ANTICIPA may resolve complaints as a data controller or as a data processor when acting as a service provider for other controllers.

For legal and quality reasons, calls made to ANTICIPA may be recorded.

4. When you send us a CV by email, we will use it for managing and offering potential job openings that match your profile.

Marketing Purposes

The data provided through these channels will not be used for marketing or advertising purposes.

How long will we keep your data?

Information Requests: Once your request has been answered, we will keep your data for a period of 3 months, after which it will be deleted.

Suggestions: We will keep your data for 3 months, after which it will be deleted.

Complaints: We will delete your data once the actions derived from the processing have expired, and under no circumstances while you have a valid contract.

When you send us a CV. Your CV will be deleted after 1 year, unless your candidacy is successful, in which case your CV will be incorporated into your employment file. If desired, you can send an updated CV after this period.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

Processing complaints and managing claims is based on legitimate interest, the existence of a contract, and your consent.

We handle your information requests and suggestions based on your consent.

We manage your CV based on your consent.

Who may be the recipients of the data communication?

Third-party service providers, if necessary, to achieve the purposes described above.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not ANTICIPA is processing personal data concerning them. Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain cases, interested parties may request the limitation of data processing, in which case we will only keep the data for the exercise or defense of claims.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may object to the processing of their data. ANTICIPA will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise of defending possible claims.

If you exercise your right to object to the sending of advertisements, your data will be included in an advertising exclusion list to prevent us from sending you advertisements.

Interested parties have the right to the portability of their data.

Furthermore, the interested party has the right to withdraw the consent provided at any time.

To exercise your rights, please notify us in writing at ANTICIPA, indicating your name, surname, address, accompanied by a copy of your official identification document via email at lopd@anticipa.com.

We inform you of your right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
